In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Responsible for new and change request for Product Management. Ensure performance for eCommerce IT Infrastructure and its security. Manage end to end IT development including both Front-end and Back-end. Manage projects regarding Product roll-out, integration, migration, etc. Work with both internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate to IT needs. Key requirements: 8+ years of experience in Digital technologies, Ecommerce field with Project management experience. Experience in managing Salesforce platform including Sales, Service, Commerce and clouds implementation. Manage multiple projects at Enterprise level and environment. Experience in IT integration process for ERP, POS, WMS (Warehouse Management System), etc. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with positive working attitude. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
