Responsibilities: To be actively promoting credit cards in road shows Assist with customers queries Follow up with customers regarding their application To cross sell personal loans Provide quality and efficient after sales services to the customers acquired through the roadshows activities. Provide advisory for Insurance Product.
Contractual Period: 6 months to 1 year contract (renewable subject to performance)
Location: Toa Payoh
Working Hours: 6 days work week (Inclusive of Public Holiday & Weekends) Monday to Friday; 10.00am to 6.00pm Weekends & Public Holiday; 11.00am to 9.00pm
Salary: $1800 - $2700 (depends on qualification and experience) Completion Bonus
Requirements: Min O level holders with Insurance or Direct sales experience. Relevant sales experience preferred. Require M5 / M9 certification. Applicants should be Sales Driven and Customer Service Oriented. Applicants should be comfortable working retail hours (inclusive of weekends and public holiday). Highly motivated, driven, able to work in fast paced environment. Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
