About the Role
  •  Developing the company’s long-range sales strategy and forecasting sales volumes for the entire organization, building customer and partner relationships, and territory planning and segmentation.
  • Identify sales opportunities and conduct feasibility checks to ensure maximum conversion of these opportunities to generate revenue as per sales strategy/ targets.
  • Positioning and promoting the value proposition, leading sales/account managers in the development and expansion of opportunities and reinforcing existing relationships.
  • Responsible for annual revenue quota booking with significant growth in subsequent years with an emphasis on the development of client relationships and customer delivery.
  • Leading a team of enterprise sales managers managing the key enterprise accounts for the company.
  • Responsible for the team’s growth, performance and overall development within the business.
  • This role will be leading the drive for Digitalization, Technological and Communications Transformation for Enterprises in the region along with a team of competent Enterprise Sales Managers.

o Mobility and Internet of Things (IoT)

o Telepresence services

o Managed Security Services

o Content delivery networks

o Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud

o Data Centre Services

o Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCaaS)

o High-speed connections and global MPLS virtual private networks

o Managed Network Services

About You

Please note: Interested Applicants must be able to work in Singapore.
  • Extensive experience in a leadership position from Telecommunications or System Integrator companies.
  • Extensive experience leading a sales team.
  • Comes from an account management/field sales background.
