The Director for Network & Security Operations will provide the necessary leadership and direction to deliver reliable and quality network and security services for enterprise customers. The incumbent will be responsible for strategy, financial planning and budgeting, business planning and leading a Network Operation team who is responsible for designing, Implementation and operation of services across Telco and ICT services, new service launches and supporting new business opportunities. The Responsibilities: 1.Strategic and Functional Accountable and responsible to manage Global Network & Security Operations across Telco and ICT which a staff strength of over 200 Providing strategic leadership in terms of technology network and security competency and service delivery Overseeing and managing the service delivery function for Telco services from pre-sales to post-sales 2.Financial Planning 3.Business Management 4.People Management The Requirement: Degree in Computer / Electronics Engineering preferably with major in communication, or any other relevant discipline At least 15 years of experience in Network infrastructure design, build and operate with minimum 5 years in management role Strong knowledge on network equipment, technology, routing protocols and network management systems Strong leadership, Interpersonal and mentoring skills Ability to work under pressure and matrix organization Customer Focus, drive for results Proven operational experience in managing Network operations To Apply:

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
