Job Description
The Job:
  • Lead and direct the Sales team in meeting the business objectives of the hotel.
  • Maximise the various market segmentation and its distribution channels, and budget for monthly sales revenue.
  • Ensure overall effectiveness in the implementation of sales strategies.
  • Develop annual Sales Plan in accordance to budget approved by the Management.
  • Monitor sales coverage through precise planning of sales territory for the respective managers.
  • Develop Marketing Programs for all market segments.
  • Full understanding of SOPs of the hotel.
  • Generate month end reports to Director, reporting on monthly achievements, action plans and forecast for the next three months, citing necessary strategies to be taken.
  • Rates administration (all segments) in accordance to approved rate structures.
  • Supervise the sales team's performance via on-the-job sales training, joint sales calls, entertainment, sales blitz exercises and participation in direct sales activities.
  • Service own portfolio of accounts in line with the hotel sales strategies.
  • Organize activities in promoting client loyalty.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
The Talent:
  • Minimum a Diploma holder
  • 10 years of relevant hospitality sales experiences.
  • Good leadership skills
