The Company
The company is a mid-d regional developer of hospitality, residential and commercial assets with legacy and new-build projects located in various locations within SE Asia and Australia. It is embarking upon a series of planned new hires to bolster the capability and performance of the company. This includes the proposed appointment of an experienced Real Estate Sales & Marketing professional to drive sales of inventory of its residential and commercial projects.

The Position
The successful individual will lead Marketing, Sales & Leasing activities. The position will include concept development, branding and positioning, market research and trends analysis supported by the development of appropriate collateral and promotional campaigns. It will also include the sales and lease up of the firms mid- level and high-end vertical and horizontal residential and commercial projects and which will require the crafting of appropriate local and international project marketing in target markets. Typical of residential and office sales and leasing, the position will require specific target marketing of appropriate clientele, an ability to pitch and present the tenancies market-place whilst negotiating and closing contracts. Naturally, the overall objective is to raise profile and optimize sales revenue and/or lease terms to generate enhanced revenues for the company. It is expected that the successful candidate will attend conferences and networking events, support the development of appropriate collateral and oversee a team of sales and leasing executives whilst establishing and monitoring core targets/KPIs.

The Person
Interested candidates will ideally possess prior real estate marketing, sales & leasing experience (preferably residential and/or mixed-use/commercial developments) complemented by an appropriate degree in Real Estate and/or professional Marketing qualifications. Aside from an ability to develop winning sales and marketing strategies and campaign management, interested candidates should demonstrate an aptitude for innovation and creativity complete with the energy, hunger and inner resolve to thrive within a demanding market.
