* Report to Head of Sales Department. We are expanding sales teams, requires seasoned, charismatic leaders to manage and guide our sales teams, particularly focusing on the largest clients. As a Director of large customer sales, you'll lead and coach the largest account and agency teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management. We are dedicated to satisfy the unique needs of advertisers and agencies and our teams of managers, strategists, analysts, and client support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends and deliver best in class execution. * Responsibilities - Lead a team of Large client sales managers, strategists, and support specialists to help the company's largest advertisers and agencies to grow. - Ensure that your team is always up to date with digital marketing advancements and the company’s product releases and expansions. - Be role model and advocate a coaching culture. Use coaching as a pervasive and strategic tool to develop and optimize skills and business results delivery. - Represent the large client sales in target setting for your team. - Take ownership for delivery of targets of your team and devising strategies to meet quarterly goals. - Work with and own projects among the leadership team of the company to deliver cohesive and coordinated strategy and high growth for the company.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
