Our client is a leading manufacturer in the Engineering Plastics business and is now looking to hire for a Singapore-based position to manage the distribution network for the segment across all products and applications in SEA region.
Reporting to the Regional Manager for SEA, this strategic role will drive sales volumes and profitability growth with distributors throughout assigned territories by effectively managing relationships, identifying opportunities and building long term sustainable distributor platform and orchestrating multifunctional (internal/external) resources. Along with the commercial team, your mandate is to target all segments, most notably automotive, electronics and other specialised industries.
You will possess a bachelor degree preferably in a relevant discipline with at least 10 years’ of regional sales and distribution management experience. Experience dealing with Engineering Plastics or high-performance plastics will be required. Knowledge dealing with end customers in the Automotive and Electronics industries will be highly regarded. Proven records of driving results through channel partners will be the key to the success of this role. Due to the nature of the role, the ability to travel 50% of the time regionally will be required.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
