Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • To compile engineering drawings progress/ status of all assigned projects regularly for management information/ review
  • To assist Project Manager / Engineer (s) in the arrangement/ compilation of documentation
  • To assist Project Manager / Engineer (s) in general project works as and when necessary
  • To assist in Project Administration documentation works as and when necessary
  • Work closely with the Project Manager / Project Engineer to improve the documentation flow and procedures
  • Working closely with the Project Manager / Engineer and actively liaise with Clients/Owners/vendors/ Consultants/ Class & Regulatory Bodies as required to process documentation flow and delivery
  • Register, track and maintain records of all incoming/outgoing drawings, documents or technical queries from clients, class and suppliers
  • Manage and update drawings as well as documents under project master document list and generate updated document list on a monthly basis
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in marine/ offshore industry
  • Some knowledge of functional and operational requirements related to machinery/ equipment of rigs/ vessels
  • Consciousness of project documentation schedule and documentation requirements
  • Knowledge of Project Engineering document control
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisation skill on documentation control
  • Able to work in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skill
