Responsibilities Be involved in the software development life cycle including application development, implementation, maintenance and post-implementation review. Liaise extensively with external or internal clients. Analyse clients' existing systems. Translate client requirements into highly specified project briefs. Identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability. Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems. Hands-on individual and be able to work with local and offshore teams to deliver projects on the technical aspects. Be hands-on and involved in providing user support which requires investigating and troubleshooting issues. Provide timely improvements and resolutions to address problems and incidents encountered.
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Computer-related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant IT experience and technically competent in one or more of the following languages, tools and technologies: - VB.Net, ASP.Net, C#.Net, Crystal Reports, MS SQL. Strong analytical skills and well-versed with problem resolution methodologies. Strong customer-service orientation. Possess can-do attitude, has initiative, creative and able to work under stringent time.
