Job Description

We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Regional ASPAC Microsoft Alliance Team.

Our Regional Alliance Team is looking for Talents to help us accelerate our successful alliance with Microsoft, while growing his/her career working with industries across the Asia-Pacific region including ASEAN, China, Japan, Australia.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business, pursuing client opportunities with Consulting and Technology Experts in ASPAC. This is the perfect opportunity for you to grow and learn passionately about technologies that are shaping the Corporate and Enterprise world with a leadership that fully supports personal growth and career ambitions.

The role involves:

• Key business objective: growth in business, pipeline, and demand for technical specialism to support sales and transitioning new projects from sales to delivery.

• Support the go to market team with pre-sales architecture, product demonstrations, and responses to tenders.

• Own the solution response in proposals.

• Support the delivery team with effective transition of new projects from sales into delivery.

• Be a trusted advisor to clients and the sales team.

• Stay abreast of emerging capabilities within the Microsoft technology platform and assist the sales and marketing teams with articulating a compelling value proposition for new technology to clients and prospects.

• Manage implementation services pricing with commercial acumen to balance the competitive nature of the sales process with the need to maintain strong client relationships by under promising and over delivering.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelor's qualification.

• 3 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a CRM core competency, at least 1 year experience in a pre-sales or similar role.

• Broad functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM, Field Services.
• Strong business acumen, problem solving, teamwork and collaboration cross-country, positive attitude and growth mindset.
