Establishing a regular call and meeting cycle with current and potential clients to achieve the goals set by the Sales Manager
Participating in marketing activities – roadshows, partners events, seminars and etc
To be successful, you ideally have
2 or more years of sales experience with a record of achievement
Strong interpersonal communication skills – An all-round people person
Self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Sales experience in technology or education industry is a plus
Ability to independently make cold calls and generate sales leads
Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
