We're looking for someone who can spearhead and advocate for the overall employee engagement programs of Yondu! To be able to promote a fun and collaborative workplace through different engagement work streams of the organization. Oversees the implementation of the programs and measures the effectiveness. Handles HR communication/ announcements and marketing side of HR programs and events!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for the implementation and evaluation of the organizational wide engagement programs such as team building, pay day treats, birthday month treat, Christmas party etc. This position requires active involvement in the ideation, planning and execution of programs and key initiatives in commitment to promote the satisfaction of employees.
  • Identify motivators across the organization and conceptualize new activities that wouldtarget and promote engagement across employees
  • Ensure company activities/ HR initiatives are well communicated and complied with across all employees
  • Able to communicate and influence groups within the organization to participate in new engagement programs. Coordinate with different subunits/ HRBPs to facilitate and implement strategic activities to reach desired goal
  • Ability to work within a specified budget, ability to effectively communicate, present and justify process improvement plans/ reports to the team and integral subunits
  • Strong interpsonal skill and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels that would promote continous learning as well
  • Collaborates with Marketing, UI UX Design Team and HR Business Partners. Provides recommendation or suggests improvement to the Group Manager to ensure the appropriateness and relevance of engagement programs


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge in designing, implementing and evaluating training programs and training solutions.
    Abreast with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • At least 3 years of HR/ Corporate Communication in an engagement role
  • Has a proficient amount of exposure in events management
  • Willing to work in BGC, regular hours, permanent position
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedural manual
  • Ability to analzye data/ info by identifying principles, facts or info using logic to address work related concerns


Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Knowledgeable in computer applications (i.e. Microsoft, Adobe, Canva, Presentation Tools)
  • Strong Interpersonal and Presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
  • Adept at influencing others, problem solving and offering pragmatic solutions.
  • Project management skills
  • Business Acumen
  • Analytical and Reporting skills
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
