You will act as a key conduit for the marketing department as well as the external agencies ensuring that the brand messaging is properly carried through. You will have at least 4 years of marketing or event management experience in automotive industry with a degree in business, event management or marketing. You must have excellent communication skills and must have proven experience working with multiple stakeholders to execute premium events successfully. Preference for candidates who have international or regional experience in a multicultural environment. You must have a love for speed and appreciation for luxury automotive. Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
