Advance Care Planning (ACP) enables clients and patients to discuss their care preferences with loved ones and care providers ahead of a medical crisis. The Advance Care Planning (ACP) Executive / Senior Executive will be a part of the ACP National Office at AIC, supporting and driving the implementation of a national ACP programme in Singapore.
Drive the engagement and recruitment of new partners in the health and community care sector to increase touchpoints for Advance Care Planning.
Serve as key ACP administration interface with assigned regional accounts. Identify issues pre-emptively and work closely with partners to mitigate issues until resolution
Pro-actively follow up with queries and manage regular partnership meetings. Provide regular reports to PRM database and other stakeholders.
Coordinate grant claims and performance reports to ensure appropriate and timely disbursement of grants to providers.
Provide secretariat support for ACP related workgroups and committees
Support capability development and training of external providers
Conduct talks and facilitate community outreach events
Draft presentation materials, write papers and prepare budgets as needed
Design collaterals to support engagement of general public
Degree in any field
2-5 years of working experience
Prior experience in acute care or community settings and/or a project management role would be advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
Excellent customer service and account management skills
Fluency in mandarin, malay or tamil is a plus.
Desire to work in an environment geared towards collaboration and teamwork.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
