Duties include: Administrative support to Chairman – Asia Pacific / India including (but not limited to) Calendar and scheduling and business travel preparation and management. Other adminstrative duties such as documentation, approvals, research data, reports management and filing, according to priorities. To conduct research, prepare reports, data analyses, proposals, and present data, slides in a succinct and well-written manner. Manage Executive’s internal and external communication both locally and regionally. Support for internal and external events Responsible for hotel arrangement for Executive’s VIPs To support on all expatriate or relocation administrative procedures (including but not limited to) updating and managing working permit and residential documents. About you: You have a Graduate degree & Above (Preferably qualified with EA qualification) with at least 6 years of experience and have supported senior executives. You should also have experience working in MNCs and reputable global brands. You are good at multi-tasking and prioritising. You are able to handle large volume of work accurately and quickly. You are mature, confident with a good communication skills. You are also a person with tact and discretion to handle the sensitivity and confidentiality of the Chairman's matters. You are open to be reached beyond normal office hours as the Chairman has to work and travel across multiple time zones. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
