Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Assist in respond to prospective inquiries by phone or in person for perspective tenants. Conduct tours of the properties for perspective tenants.
  • Review property listings and maintain current market surveys. Conduct feasibility studies on development of renew lease or future sites.
  • Comply with procedures in the continuing development of properties. Contribute information in operation meetings and discussions that leads to the improvement and success of objectives.
  • Research and supply demographic information, market competition for appropriate radius. Review property plot plans, elevations, parking availability and building amenities. Monitor and analyze the local or overseas dormitory market.
  • Develop relationships with prospective tenants through cold-calling and networking. Develop a good local network to attain perspective tenants. Develop prospective tenant list for each assigned property. Identify appropriate contacts for potential tenant prospects. Maintain relationships with existing Tenants. Initiate and maintain excellent tenant relations. Develop and follow through on traditional and nontraditional leasing strategies for properties to attract perspective tenants.
  • Aide in preparing leasing documents. Insure that occupied and unoccupied inventory of real estate is maintained in a current and presentable manner.
  •  Assist in the development of the dormitory that offer residents pleasant and entertaining activities to create the atmosphere of home.
  • Coordinate new development and tenant improvement work with departments throughout the company, including accommodations, security and facilities.
  • Keep executive management abreast of property leasing activity/status reports.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of lease provisions and property’s lease mandated co-tenancy requirements.
  • Suggest rental rate pricing strategies and/or recommend rental rate pricing changes for properties in efforts to optimize returns.
  • Review budget and operation reports required to monitor tenant payments. Cooperate with internal departments in obtaining payments timely from tenants.
  • Ensure information obtained remains confidential, to include, but not limited to rental application, applicant or tenant financial information, etc.
  • Through understanding of tenant requirements and site availability, provide recommendations to and assist executive management in determining site selection and development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative / Marketing
-At least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in sales & marketing
- Possessing adequate hands on knowledge of market trend and contract issue.
- Possess integrity, and team work mindset
- Possess Class 3 license (preferable)
- Proficient in Microsoft OfficeBUSINESS UNIT
