  • Perform gate-keeping role by assessing the eligibility of the seniors for various national level schemes based on the established operating framework.
  • Follow through the application by informing the seniors of the outcome of their applications. Assist the seniors to close the last mile of their application, where possible.
  • Improve processes and systems tostrengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leverage on data and statistics to identify areas for improvement and work with the stakeholders (e.g. the Ministries) to improve the scheme design.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline preferably with experience in back office operations or grant operations management is preferred
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and high level of integrity, with the passion and patience to serve the seniors
  • Detailed, meticulous, organised, resourceful, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player, withmotivation to learn and progress as a team
