Perform gate-keeping role by assessing the eligibility of the seniors for various national level schemes based on the established operating framework.
Follow through the application by informing the seniors of the outcome of their applications. Assist the seniors to close the last mile of their application, where possible.
Improve processes and systems tostrengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency.
Leverage on data and statistics to identify areas for improvement and work with the stakeholders (e.g. the Ministries) to improve the scheme design.
Degree in any discipline preferably with experience in back office operations or grant operations management is preferred
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and high level of integrity, with the passion and patience to serve the seniors
Detailed, meticulous, organised, resourceful, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Able to work independently and as a team player, withmotivation to learn and progress as a team

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
