Provide quality service to the seniors and their caregivers so that they can access to the various national schemes seamlessly.
Collaborate with stakeholders such as long term care providers and general practitioners to assist the seniors in their scheme application.
Perform feedback aggregation and analysis to identify unmet needs and areas for improvement in order to provide a better service to the seniors and their caregivers.
Leverage on design thinking to improve the schemes and processes in order toenhance service quality.
Leverage on behavioural insights to drive behavioural change.
Degree in any discipline preferably with experience in customer service and behavioural insight is preferred
Possess excellent writing, verbal communication and customer service skills, with the passion and patience to serve the seniors
Organised, resourceful, strong problem solving ability, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Able to work independently and as a team player withmotivation to learn and progress as a team
Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
