Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Co-develop Indirect/Channels sell-through programs to elicit specific desired sales outcomes
  • Enable and achieve channel sell through targets within specified schedules
  • Constantly communicate with and leverage multiple channel partners, to solicit input on programs
  • Implement programs, solicit feedback on programs, and modify programs terms as required
  • Address internal and external issues that impact the effectiveness and execution of programs
  • Achieve channel sell-through objectives
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of programs
  • Monitor and provide regular updates on the effectiveness of programs to management and channel partners
  • Analyze the condition of channels and target market, and provide status reports based on findings
  • Diploma or Degree equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years'of working experience
  • Experience in co-developing and executing sell-through programs
  • Background in Indirect/Channels sales or marketing, preferably in the Information Technology sector
  • Possess high energy levels, is positive, proactive, articulate and engaging
  • Results oriented with good people skills
  • Excellent persuasion, selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Ability to draft and create sell-through program collateral
  • Good eye for detail and meticulous follow-up ability to track program effectiveness on a regular basis
  • Ability to work effectively independently and a team player
  • Ability to travel within Singapore with, preferably with own mode of transport
  • Effective communicator in English and one other language
  • Effective writing skills in English
