Job Description
  • Assist the Organisation Development (OD) Manager to develop and implement OD programmes and organisational interventions such as staff engagement and communication programmes 
  • Support in developing and identifying training strategies and programmes to close any performance gaps 
  • Plan and execute workshops/events/meetings, staff onboarding, CSR programmes and staff dialogues etc. to foster the desired university culture 
  • Administer the university’s internship and scholarship programmes 
  • Support the implementation and/or review of HR projects and policies 
  • Prepare content and write-ups for HR communication materials and platforms

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in HR/HRD 
  • At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in the area of HRD 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) 
  • Team player, enjoy working with people and able to work independently 
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office skills 
  • Organised, meticulous and resourceful in problem solving
