Job Description
  • Assist Business Development Manager in the development, growth and profitability of assigned corporate business portfolios
  • Collation of the business units financial performance and reporting
  • Perform marketing and business development functions of assigned segment Domestic Corporate business
  • Secure new and renewal of existing corporate business
  • Provide efficient and quality customer service to clients & intermediaries of assigned segments
  • Ensure policies of assigned segment are properly administered
  • Create and maintain a risk management environment that ensures risks taken by the function are identified, assessed and frequently monitored, managed and reported against
  • Ensure that the operations are streamlined to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure that EBH processes are in line with the external regulatory framework and internal audit requirements
Fair Dealing Outcome
  • Ensure all business decisions achieve fair dealing outcome
  • Group Operations team including Billing, Underwriting, Claims & appointed Network Provider
  • Finance

  • Recognised university degree; or at least GCE A level or Diploma with relevant professional insurance qualifications
  • Capital Markets & Financial Advisory Servicers (CMFAS) Exams: Modules 5 & 9 (CLI, ILP equivalent)
  • Certificate in Health Insurance
  • Leadership quality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Sound understanding of the sales process and backroom insurance operations in group insurance business
  • Supervisory & Interpersonal skills
  • Marketing and Presentation skills
  • Communication & Negotiation skills
  • Sound Knowledge of life and health insurance products
  • Knowledge of MS Office application software
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • At least 3 to 5 years of operations & account servicing experience, preferably in insurance industry
