Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

To work closely with KTT subsidiaries to assist in market research to support the business strategy at execution and to co-ordinate and incorporate sustainability goals to implement the objectives for the organization.
  • Market research and Strategy Support: Be the contact person to liaise and work with operating units to conduct market research to support its development and execution.
  • Organise the Annual strategy offsite meeting for Board of Directors and Management.
  • Keep track of BUs performance metrics and the progress of its strategy implementation. Work with BUs to prepare the write-up and monthly management reports for Management and Board.
  • Organise, develop and produce timely communications materials and presentations, to support management meetings with various stakeholders (e.g. at board meetings, management meetings, town-hall meetings, etc.).     
  • Corporate communications: Update and work with Group Corporate communications on its Annual Report requirements, BU media events and to assist with communication materials and presentation materials.
  • Annual Report: Support and co-ordinate the BUs input for the production of KCL Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
  • Sustainability: Participate and work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support KTT operating units to develop, execute and manage Sustainability initiatives that relate to its business model and the strategic goals of Keppel.
  • Coordinate initiatives for the key aspects of Sustainability; namely Environmental, Social and Governance.
  • Monitor operating unit implementation of new technologies that will improve energy efficiency, water consumption and with environmental impact and to conceptualize cost savings opportunities.
  • Help to co-ordinate and in every way assist to ensure product standards for portfolio in all stages of the life cycle to reflect sustainable priorities


 JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree and with 3-5 years of related work experience.
Skills
Strong analytical and reading skills with ability to interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and/or governmental regulations. Good writing skills for reports, business correspondence, articles and key notes in minutes of meetings. To effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and teams.
