Job Description
  • Purpose and prepare tender analysis, market evaluation and recommendation during tender period.
  • Contract issue and handle preliminary cost plan to forecast the budgets, bills of quantities and necessary procurement items.
  • Cost control and cost benefit analysis for tender, contracts and project assigned.
  • Report writing and sourcing for the required materials for the targeted assignments.  
  • Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
  • Monitor and report contract status and initiate pre-tender discussions.
  • Prepare interim payment assessment, recommendation and certification
  • Support role in user requirements establishment process and undertaking feasibility studies
  • Preparation and negotiation for tender and contracts
  • Record and dissemination of meeting minutes.
  • Performing risk, value and compliance assessment.
  • Collation of the operation and maintenance manual of projects
  • To assist the Management Office to reorganize and streamline operations to meet current and future business requirements.
  • Coordinate with sections to produce value stream maps and assess their work processes. Where there are deficiencies, suggest changes and prepare reports for Management Office.
  • Manage others project and task assigned by management.

- Minimum with a diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
·At least 5 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in quantity surveyor studies
·Possessing adequate core knowledge for tender process.
·Possess integrity, and able to work with people
· Proficient in Microsoft Office SkillsBUSINESS UNIT
