Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
  • Report to Training & Competency Lead
  • Provide Training Administration & to be Learning Management System Administrator

Providers Training Logistic
  • Liaise with respective providers after providers have confirmed training agenda with Partnership Management team.
  • Broadcast training announcement
  • Logistic arrangement for training

Attendance & CPD Records
  • Taking attendance of training programs
  • Upload & maintenance of attendance records for CPD hours.
  • Scanning & filing of attendance records & training materials
  • Assist in training records automation projects

T&C Systems: Learning Management System (LMS) & Biometric Scanner
  • Maintenance & upkeep of records for all representatives
  • Creation & cessation of representatives LMS account
  • Maintenance & uploading of e-learning modules & question banks
  • Generate reports on CPD hours & training programs

Internal Training Administration
  • Assist trainers in all pre & post training related matters
  • Attendance list, printing of notes
  • Class set-up preparation including laptop, sound systems, projection, etc.

Mandatory Training Record
  • Identify leaders/potential advisers & leaders who are eligible for training.
  • Send invites to the eligible representatives.
  • Prepare attendance register.
  • Print training materials and handouts.
  • Set up training room.
  • Upon completion of training programme, update Learning Management System.

Automation of Systems & Tools
  • Assist in automation projects involving excel macros
    • eFNA
    • e-attendance list

Ad-hoc
  • Any other ad-hoc as required by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree
  • Competency in MS Excel and VBA (added advantage)
  • Preferred Min 1 years experience in training administration in the insurance industry
  • Preferred to have relevant Insurance certificates
  • Good attendance and arrives to work on time
  • Accepts responsibility
