My client is a world leader in the optics and equipment industry and now seek an experienced Field Service Engineer to be based at their customer sites High Salary Transport Allowance of $1100 Based in North or East of Singapore Responsibilities: Perform field service activities associated with troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing highly complex semiconductor capital equipment at customers’ wafer fab facility Liaise closely with engineer from other functions to resolve multifaceted problem Coordinate equipment schedule to minimize system downtime Conduct customer orientation and technical training on all aspects of equipment maintenance support for user applications Prepare field service reports on customer support activity Provide documentation to other supporting functions on recurring problem Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Engineering with at least 5 – 10 years’ experience in a technical/field service role Experience with optical inspection equipment and other semiconductor capital equipment will be a big plus Excellent interpersonal and communicant skills Ability to travel on short notice Fresh graduates will be considered for a junior role Please send your resume in WORD format by clicking the apply button below or contact Abhik Damani on +65 6701 1527 for a confidential discussion. Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
