Our Client is a US MNC in the consumer goods space with presence globally and APAC as a key growth region. Singapore is their Regional HQ. The Finance Director - APAC is part of the regional leadership team and is expected to participate in the financial, strategic and functional decision-making processes necessary for the successful attainment of the Company's regional and global operational and financial goals. The VP Finance provides strategic insights tokey stakeholders and supports all key decision making and initiatives for the region as well as operational leadership for all financial activities to ensure the delivery of high quality, mission driven and cost-effective results. The position will play a key role in directing the analysis and interpretation of financial information and support the completion of strong business plans, forecasts, operational and capital budgets; evaluating alternative courses of actions and ensuring that the revenue cycle operations are performed at a high level. They will lead regional projects and process improvements. This role reports into the Global CFO, manages a regional team and business partners closely with Senior Commercial and Operational Stakeholders at regional and global levels.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance; or equivalent work experience. Master's degree a plus. Consumer goods or pharmaceutical/medical experience is a plus. 15+ years' of experience in Finance with extensive experience in a senior leadership position in APAC region. CPA or MBA a plus Experience within a dynamic US MNC environment an advantage Strong communication, problem solving and commercial aptitude. Demonstrated ability to produce results, make process improvements and effect changes. Ability to business partner and influence at the highest levels Must have team-orientated leadership style. Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
