Supports payments, deductions, recoveries and accounting of amount due to/from all the distribution channels
Administers and compute certain compensation schemes due to agents and ex-agents
Ensure monthly provision, amortisation, schedules are carried out according to the agreed accounting paper
Achieve productivity, efficiency and quality in the daily operations
Make recommendations to improve operational processes and procedures.
Support in any other assigned task as and when necessary
Answering of enquiries from internal and external stakeholders

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
