  • Leading Fine Dining Restaurant
  • 5 days work week (No weekend and PH) - Work 44 hours per week
  • Min 2 years experoence as Guest Relations Officer or Host/hostess
  • In-depth experience in managing reservations


Our client , a leadingFine Dining Restaurant
  • The Guest Relations Executives will be the first point of contact between guests and the restaurant through enquiries via phone, email or online bookings.
  • The Guest Relations Executive must be equipped to handle these enquiries and be able to provide relevant information to secure future business or filter incoming enquiries to the relevant department for follow up.
  • He/she will greet our guests with a warm welcome when they arrive and to seat them in the restaurant.
  • He/she has to assist guest in their baggage whenever possible.
  • He/she needs to manage the seating arrangement for guest in the restaurant, retrieve messages and return calls.
  • He/she has to manage the walk-in reservations through the reservation system and have the ability to plan &
  • forecast seating arrangements in advance.
  • He/she has to smile at all times even on the phone, as guests will be able to hear.
  • The Guest Relations Executive needs to be polite, friendly, and well-groomed at all times.
  • The Guest Relations Executive must be aware of our regular guests so they can address them by name, remember where they like to sit, be aware if there are any VIPs dining in the restaurant.
  • When the guests are leaving, they are responsible for giving them a warm good bye, invite them to join us again soon, and hold the door open for them as they leave when possible.
  • Welcoming guests to the restaurant as the first point of contact and escorting them to their dining table.
  • Assist guest in their baggage whenever possible.
  • Managing the condition of physical menus and ensuring menus re up-to-date with the correct information and prices.
  • Aware of regular guests and remember their preferences.
  • Aware of any VIPs dining in the restaurant.
  • Manage reservations and table allocation to maximize seating plan.
  • Ability to smile at all times even on the phone, as guests will be able to hear.
  • Gather feedback from guests about their experience and document for report purposes.
  • Manage incoming reservations via phone and online.
  • Mange the walk-in reservations through the reservation system and have the ability to plan & forecast seating arrangements in advance.
  • Provide accurate information to guests queries via phone, email or in-person.


Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality/ Tourisim
  • No experience but with relevant studies in F & B / Hospitality or Tourism are welcome to apply
  • Min 2 years experoence as Guest Relations Officer or Host/hostess
  • In-depth experience in managing reservations
  • Ex cabin crew and keen in the service line are welcome to apply
  • Have good organizational skills and understanding of restaurant etiquette
  • Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone
  • and in-person
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications usage
  • Ability to work under pressure customer facing
  • Provide friendly, excellent and professional service to all guests
  • Cheerful and welcoming attitude
