This is a fixed income product expert role and the successful candidate will act as a conduit between the investment and sales teams. A client facing role, you enjoy representing the firm to prospects, consultants at pitches, due diligence meetings and updating existing clients on portfolio reviews. You enjoy articulating the firm’s investment philosophy, preparing investment commentaries and playing a key role in client communication efforts.
You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related discipline, have 10 years of work experience and spent at least 5 years in a fixed income related role (product management, credit research, fixed income advisory or portfolio management). A strong communicator, you are confident in expressing your views and enjoy engaging extensively with internal stakeholders, senior management and external clients. You are passionate about investments and financial markets and thrive in exploring avenues to grow the firm’s AUM.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
