It’s a new setup in Singapore, comprising of a Center of Excellence Laboratory to service customers in Middle East and SEA region. This role will be reporting to the Technical manager and will be in charge of the following areas. - Interprets briefs and recommends creative direction either from the existing library or from Perfumers - To manage the development and or selection of fragrances to win client briefs and in-house projects - Set general fragrance directions; organize evaluation sessions; evaluate & critique perfume submissions; provide feedback to sales and perfumers - Co-ordinate with Sales, Marketing, Market Research, Applications, Technology on specific needs of briefs - Participate with Sales in client meetings as required. Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
