Job Description

Devise key business strategies to retain and grow portfolio in profitable segments.
Provide sales support and build up relationship with mapped business partners.
Perform sales analysis and planning to achieve business targets, develop sales management tools with close monitoring of sales activities and trend by business partners and sales unit.
Lead the sales team to achieve business targets
Business Operations
Ensuring assistance rendered to business partners especially from other support units and meeting the turn around time set
Ensure effective and efficient administration of day to day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions
Ensure consistency with enterprise risk management guidelines
Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
Ensure good corporate governance is practiced and are being exercised
People Management
Build an organization that attracts and retain talents to ensure critical business processes are highly efficient and effective
Assemble and empower a high performing team. Ensure effective succession plan in place for key positions
Ensure regular communication of key imperatives
Minimum requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
