Our client is developing and executing a shared strategic vision for core legacy platforms and products that enable it to be the world-leading data-driven payment company. We are looking for 2 self-motivated individuals with software engineering skills and expertise with Java/J2EE and Web technologies. The candidates will be extensively involved in hands-on activities including POCs, design, development, testing, and documentation. Candidate must be flexible and willing to switch tasks based on team's needs.
Design and develop mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance
Work on development of new products and enhancements to existing systems iteratively by building quick POCs and converting ideas into real products
Work closely with architects, business and technical stakeholders to develop high quality products and services that meet business requirements and expectations while applying the latest available tools and technology
Instill best practices for software development, and deliver high quality work on tight schedules
Identify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to standards and processes
2-3 years’ experience with Angular JS version 3 or above. They are using version 5 in the projects (people with Angular older than version 3 won’t be able to do the work)
Can be either .NET or Java – but Java would be a plus

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
