The Company
The organisation is an international company enjoying stellar growth across the APAC region whilst maintaining its mission toward real estate investment and asset management of Greenfield development and re-development assets. Having secured the investment support of noted first-tier institutional capital partners, its long-term plans for growth is resoundingly assured and, in particular, the SE Asia operation has strong expansion plans across the region and notably in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Having already systematically built a first-class, highly cosmopolitan pioneering team, it is now expanding with a second wave of hires. This includes an immediate need to appoint a Fund/Investment Analyst in Singapore.

The Position
Reporting to the Fund Manager, the successfully appointed individual will enjoy a well-rounded position incorporating financial modelling and analysis for new investments, support of the preparation of investment papers, monthly/quarterly/annual investor reporting (investment performance analysis) and appropriate market research to underpin investment/divestment decision-making. Necessarily, the position will include a need to build appropriate models built around cashflow, balance sheet and income statements supported by sensitivity analysis for investment consideration complete with consideration around deal structures and financing. The IRR/NPV models, whilst primarily pertaining land acquisitions for development and/or site acquisitions for re-development, will also support potential divestment strategy too.

The Person
Interested candidates will offer a Degree in Real Estate, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Engineering and around 1-2 years relevant post-graduate experience secured within real estate private equity or a REIT environment complete with extremely strong exposure to financial modelling, investment due diligence and analysis. The position will suit a relatively junior but ambitious individual seeking a collegial, collaborative and empowered team environment with ongoing coaching/mentoring for development.
