Job Description
  • Familiarity with office administration and facility management in a regional office environment 
  • Proven track record of office renovation/refurbishment/design/etc 
  • Exposure to a med MNC work environment 

Our client is a renowned FI based in town. For this role, you report to the Head of HR and will supervise some General Administration staff.

Your Job:
  • Managerial responsibility for 2-3 staff members within the General Administration team 
  • Provide general care, maintenance and services for the upkeep of the office environment to achieve best office environment and all facilities at the most suitable level 
  • Manage and source for external suppliers and service providers for all office requirements (e.g. office space, office equipment, office maintenance, suppliers, hotels, travel agent, insurance, courier, storage, etc) 
  • Establishment of a procurement function and overall governance on procurement relating to the Singapore branch 
  • Development and communication of internal guidelines and best practices in relation to the overall responsibilities 

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline 
  • Familiarity with office administration and facility management in a regional office environment 
  • Proven track record of office renovation/refurbishment/design/etc. 
  • Proven leadership experience, superior communication and negotiation skills 
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills in a professional corporate environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels 
  • Can-do attitude
