Job Description
Must have experience using industry standard ticketing systems, like Heat,

Remedy, LanDesk, etc

Experience with latest Microsoft products like Troubleshooting Office 365,Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Enterprise tools

Experience with computer hardware

Basic IT Security knowledge like Symantec product ,Troubleshooting Windows Firewall, Windows Defender Antivirus, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
