TO QUALIFY:
  • Over all 7 yrs plus work experience - Minimum 3 yrs of work experience in Process Excellence
  • Well-versed in Lean Six Sigma Methodology, leading improvement projects with team-leading and client-facing roles
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point & Minitab
  • Black Belt Certified required
  • Graduate of any 4- or 5-year Bachelor's degree course
  • Should possess good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self Starter and Confident
  • Should be excellent in stake holder management (Internal & External) & Change Management
  • Should have strong Team Handling Skills
  • Willing to travel across sites & locations within the country or abroad
  • Strong integrity in data handling
  • Able to work with people and teams of diversified / different priorities


JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Function as a change agent in the relevant business area and responsible for -
    • Driving quality deployment in the Delivery Centre
    • Driving customer Impact Projects
    • Driving Six Sigma and Lean Deployment
    • Driving QNS for the aligned area
    • Driving SLA adherence / Customer CTQ
  • Ensure all parameters are met and corrective and preventive actions are taken
  • Drive VOC/ CSAT / NPS actionable points across the team and maintain/improve the scores
  • Drive inputs from VOC/ CSAT / NPS for improvement
  • Contribute and present during client/customer reviews/meetings
  • Adhere to compliance to Quality standards (ISO)
  • Set goals with team to ensure effective and measurable reviews and feedback mechanisms (MRM, Operations-review, dashboards, BQCs)
  • Follow appraisal and feedback mechanism
  • Drive Continuous Improvement projects
  • Initiate and best practice sharing across the team
  • Drive people development by aligning to the Quality DNA program
  • Drive culture of data based decision making
  • Adhere to and complete Quality Role Roadmap requirements
  • Manage a team of Quality Analysts: Responsible for coaching, mentoring and guiding the team to achieve quality goals and targets.
