Our client, in the hospitality industry located in the Town area is seeking for Guest Relation Officer. Responsibilities:
Carry out customer service duties promptly and efficiently Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner Manage all the meeting and conference room diary Handle PABX system, welcome clients and guest and maintain reception area to the highest standard Liaise with customers regarding their service requirements and arrange to their needs professionally To cover reception duties Promote services and facilities within the serviced offices Requirements: Minimum GCE N or O level in any field At least 1 year of working experience Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent Front line experience , preferably in hotel and/or Services offices Customer service oriented with a friendly disposition and positive attitude Direct customer service interface; flexible and calm under pressure Personable, able to relate to people of all levels; customer service oriented Good administrator with basic IT knowledge and PC skills A team player with ability to work independently Well groomed and presentable

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
