  • Up to $2.5k + Attractive Package
  • 5 days (3 shifts)
  • 5 stars serviced apartment / Central

Our client is an international serviced residence owner-operator.

  • Register guests and assign rooms to guests.
  • Issue apartment access card and escort guests to their apartment.
  • Handle guest queries pertaining to facilities, services, registration and information.
  • Arrange tours, taxis, and restaurants reservation for guests.
  • Handle and record guest feedback and complaints.
  • Perform simple bookkeeping activities, such as balancing cash accounts.
  • Handle walk-in, email and phone enquiries.
  • Any other duties as required by Management.

  • Diploma in hospitality or equivalent
  • Min 1 year of service in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge in MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)

Other information:
  • Working hour: 5 days
  • 3 shifts (7am-430pm, 11am-830pm, 130pm-11pm, 1030pm-8am)
  • Location: Central
  • Salary: Up to $2.5K + AWS + 2 months variable bonus + flexi benefits
  • Duration: Permanent
