Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

The Head of IT Security, Governance and Compliance will drive the overall IT security, governance and compliance matters for Keppel Group.  This include but are not limited to the following:
  • Identify IT security risks and compliance group-wide.
  • Drive and coordinate IT Security Policies group-wide such as End User Computing Policy, Networking, SITSO etc.
  • Drive, engage and seek buy-in from key stakeholders across Business Units, including funding of proposed programmes, conduct communications and oversee rollouts.
  • Put in place programme to enforce compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree qualified in Information Security, Computer Science or related qualifications.
  • At least 15 years of experience with relevant experience in Information Security, Audit, Risk and/or Compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels in a matrix organisation.
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
  • Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills.
