The Job
As Head of Content Strategist, you will enhance the company's brand awareness and corporate image by managing all aspects of PR initiatives. You will ensure consistency of brand voice, style and tone across all content and translate the brand and key messages into media concepts and compelling stories.

You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy in line with the corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
  • Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction, including online marketing activities such as Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
  • Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correction as required.
  • Managing communications spend and work with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
  • Managing an external PR agency and relationships with other external marketing agencies
  • Analysing and reporting results of PR campaigns & initiatives.
  • Developing and editing news releases, speeches, articles and other editorial collateral
  • Leveraging a variety of media channels to maximise the company’s brand exposure through interviews, editorials etc.
  • Building strong and positive relationships with media, influencers and other related parties.
  • Creating an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan in line with business objectives.
  • Developing and executing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention.
  • Developing and managing the editorial calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral.
  • Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.
  • Analysing content traffic metrics and the effectiveness of campaigns and messaging to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI.
  • Defining and developing a community management strategy.
  • Organising various community-building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums.
  • Monitoring and optimising community engagement levels.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.
The Profile
  • You have at least 3 years' experience ideally in Content Management, Public Relations or Marketing Communications within the Media & Entertainment and Internet industry.
  • You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
  • You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with strong content creation and writing background.
  • You have strong media relationships across this space and a proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns.
  • Experience within Community Management, Content Analysis, Content Development & Management, Content Planning, Social Media/Viral Marketing, would be a strong advantage.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
