This premier bank has a clear strategy for growth in the region across products and services. It is looking to recruit a dynamic Head of Corporate Real Estate Strategies & Investments – SVP.
Reporting to the Group Head of CRES, you will develop the strategies in maximizing the performance and value of the bank's portfolio of real estate assets that are owned. You will formulate and implement long-range real estate strategies that are aligned to the bank’s overall strategies and mandates, and capitalize on the external market trends. This will include enhancing external rental yield, maintaining a healthy mix of portfolio (including unlocking value of non-core assets within the approved sale mandates). You will keep abreast with the latest market development and trends and provide the relevant forward-looking insights to the overall CRES functions. You will champion the sustainability mandate for CRES through devising, owning and complying with CRES sustainability guidelines.
The successful candidate should possess at last 10 – 15 years in strategic real estate portfolio management experience gained in major corporates, REITS and/or real estate consulting firms. You will be entrepreneurial, commercial, profit centric and proactive in your approach. With strong communication and presentation skills, you are driven and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
