This is an integrated energy multinational with LNG as one of its core growth pillars. There are exciting plans for the organisation to develop its LNG footprint across Asia Pacific and hence, an newly created opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Head of Corporate Strategy to drive business strategy and market development.
Reporting directly to the Asia Pacific CEO and based in Singapore, the Head of Corporate Strategy will be the key advisor to the CEO in short to long range planning. He/ She will also capitalise on business opportunities for future growth, and manage stakeholders both internal and external (including local authorities) leading to the fruition of those opportunities.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified with 15 years’ experience within LNG in a corporate strategy, commercial or business development capacity. You will also have the proven track record providing counsel to senior stakeholders for LNG corporate development across Asia Pacific. As this is a team management position, you will have experience managing diverse and high performing teams.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
