We are a listed property developer currently looking into hiring an experienced candidate to head our Building Management Department. Reporting to our Director, the Head of Building Management is responsible for the strategic planning for the department’s operations for one of our key commercial building.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses proven leadership skills, as well as a strong ability to problem solve and make sound decisions that encourage corporate growth for the department.
Planning and implementing building and M&E maintenance programs; Set up and supervise all operating procedures for the building which includes security, fire safety, emergency and evacuation procedures; Manage the finance and budget matter of the building which includes expenditure, facility income etc.; Identify and drive service and work improvement for staff and tenants Responsible for liaison with external parties, maintenance contracts and equipment for the building; Ensure the building facility, operation procedures and licenses etc. meet the standard requirement and are according to statutory requirement; Oversee and ensure smooth operation’s flow in relation to tenants matters; Administration of all site staff matters including rostering of duties, discipline issues and performance standard of staff; Hold regular team meetings to report on activities of the building; Submission of reports
A solid and significant related experience in heading a department Good problem solving and staff management skill Competent in strategic planning and implementation Ability to communicate technical issues with stakeholders Strong leadership and communication skill A relevant degree from a recognized University

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
