%26bull; Team leadership ensuring best in class people engagement, creating high performing cultures and a clear people strategy
%26bull; Ability to adapt communication to all levels within the organisation from CEO to associate
%26bull; Accountable for the technology e2e architecture and understanding the required patterns that are future ready
%26bull; Delivering solutions using new stack technology - Cloud Native, APIs and microservices
%26bull; Implements using true agile practice
%26bull; Annual initiative budget of circa %2418m, run budget management of %2415m
%26bull; Builds trust within the Team and Stakeholders, by collaborating on shared goals and creating a %26ldquo;Safe-To-Fail%26rdquo; resilient Team culture
%26bull; Leads the team that is cross functional and cross geographical locations
%26bull; Handles priorities between requests and technical needs
%26bull; Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
%26bull; Domain knowledge of Exchange traded products an advantage
%26bull; At least 15 years + of hands-on business software application development experience in a mission critical domain
%26bull; Experience in driving major Agile / LEAN transformation across business and technology groups
%26bull; Experience driving multiple complex technology / business initiatives across multiple domains and markets
%26bull; Experienced with cloud computing, cloud native architecture patterns, containers, DevOps and continuous integration / delivery preferred
%26bull; Superior ability to work with business and technology stakeholders across all levels internally and externally
%26bull; Experience managing team of 80+ people in an Agile environment
