Head Technical Architect The Head Architect leads a team of architects to drive technical quality in solutions delivered. He/she is responsible for setting the direction on the tools, frameworks and practices adopted in the architecture design. He/she provides technical leadership in driving technical competency within the organisation. Spearhead programme to drive technical quality in solutions and delivery within the organisation Make technology choices, directly supervising the quality of designs and implementation between components, lead and foster the development of high performing architects Lead other architects effectively to solve complex problems spanning their respective areas and resolve technological disagreements with informed, rational solutions Design architecture governance policies/guidelines to manage and control the architectures The Requirement: You should be a top-notch solutions architect with at least 15 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of architectural principles & technology standards You should have broad and deep knowledge in current IT technologies You are proficient in technology specification and standards documentation You are a forward thinking technical guru and a respectable people manager You are able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship To Apply:

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
