Responsibilities:
  • Answering in-bound phone calls and emails from customers
  • Provide remote support and professional advice to end-users
  • Perform general administrative duties and assist in preparation of statistical reports
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments from supervisor as required


Requirements:
  • Certificate / Diploma or above in Computer Studies or above
  • 1 year support experience in IT industry
  • Cheerful, pleasant, polite, patient and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and positive service attitude
