Job Description
1.1 Required Competencies

a. Good communication skills through verbal and written presentation in the English language.

b. Good interpersonal, analytical and empathic skills with a positive work attitude and good customer service orientation.

c. Academic qualification that provides the knowledge in providing business Information Technology (IT) support.

d. Working knowledge in the following areas:

i. Use of Internet Browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox etc;

ii. Use of applications like Outlook, Word, Excel etc.

e. Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.

1.2 Required Working Experience

a. At least 2 years of relevant and recent work experience that demonstrates the competencies in providing business IT support in a call centre environment.

b. Experience working in and having domain knowledge in Singapore Government’s electronic procurement environment and/or systems will be advantageous.
