o Responsible Senior for SIT/UAT/PROD deployment (Rational Clearcase, Clearquest, Aldon, or any other Deployment tool). o Assist the Release Manager and PS Team in planning each implementation and ensure that a detailed deployment plan has been documented with proper backout plan. o Support the end to end SIT/UAT process and aanalyze deployment issues to provide effective resolutions. o Coordinates with different host/interface and provide technical support to users and testers when performing unit and regression testing. o Investigate issues reported by users/testers in SIT/UAT environment and provide timely resolutions. o Prepare the pre-production implementation including source compare, application retrieve and object of each CCM projects that will be pushed to production.
