Job Description :
  • Basic up to $8000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • 5 day week, (Roster Schedule during event)
  • West, 5 minute walking distant from MRT

Our client, a premier sporting and lifestyle entertainment industry located in the West area
RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders and key business units to effectively frame the companys messaging for multiple audiences - consumers, suppliers, government agencies, partners and employees
  • Lead/drive proactive media relations campaigns and high-profile executive visibility programs that increase consumer awareness and build brand equity of our racing capabilities as well as our future masterplan across the region
  • Lead the team in charge of the plan execution, including working with outside vendors, partners and agencies, to create and/or localise communications activities and supporting assets including management of budgets
  • Develop high-impact storytelling campaigns, plans and communications materials to drive awareness and engagement
  • Lead in the development of the Groups corporate communications plans and provide communications support for corporate identity, public and media relations, crisis and issues management
  • Prepare internal and external statements including senior management speeches, media responses, interviews and news releases
  • Internal Communications - Generate compelling and creative employee-focused content aligned with the core goals, objectives and success measures for the company
  • Support on culture change campaigns from conceptualisation through implementation, effectively bridging employee sentiments with organisational goals
  • Develop and execute Corporate Social Responsibility programs with the aim to build the corporate image/brand in a manner that creates relevance and positive disposition
  • Drafting and pitching stories to media, government, agencies and industry partners locally and globally
  • Monitor key business and industry related information
  • Organize and manage media events and media visits.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications or any relevant discipline with at least 10 years robust experience in Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, Public Relations, Change and Crisis Management, preferably within Consumer industry
  • Strong executive presence. Proven ability to influence professionals and senior leaders and to navigate complex and sensitive landscapes
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and high awareness of local and cultural nuances.
  • Proven ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and other functions in a matrixed organization
  • Strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders such as media and agency partners.

  • $8000 + Allowances + attractive Bonus
  • Location West, near MRT Station
  • 5 day week, rostered shift during Event
